Week 2 begins

It has been a whole week since I began my body experiment. It was a slow week.. My goodness it feels like it's been two weeks, but honestly I feel very.... good. I feel content. I feel happy. I feel powerful. I feel more balanced. Yes, I slipped up twice on two different evenings, but I don't feel the regret. I am now using that to create a new guideline for myself. Since I experienced two episodes of clean binges (no gluten or grains involved), I now am implementing this guideline: If I do feel an urge to overeat, the only accessible food items will be fruit. That's it. The idea is to go crazy on the fruit, and after a while I will feel overly full, and it will become so boring that at some point I won't care to even go for it anymore. That's only the idea though. We shall see how that actually plays out. I am also bumping down to once a week. That day will be either Thursday or Sunday, but not both. (Binges usually come on both these day for some reason). Wit...
